Limits of Liability: Midwest Photography Workshops, it's staff, and associates are not responsible for injuries resulting from a participants carelessness, or loss or damage to personal property before, during, or after the course or workshop being attended. This includes all damage to person or property due to accidents or civil disturbances, delay in itinerary, or expenses incurred due to theft. Midwest Photography Workshops reserves the right to substitute hotels, workshop leaders, and to alter the itinerary if we feel it becomes necessary or advisable, Midwest Photography Workshops may cancel the workshop for any reason one week prior to the first workshop day and a full refund received to the participant shall release Midwest Photography Workshops from all further liability. Deposit on a workshop or course offered by Midwest Photography Workshops means the depositor has read the agreements in this document and agrees to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
