Midwest Photography Workshops has 2 seperate studios available for rent. Both Studios inculde the following:
Pocket Wizard Radio controlled flash syncs
Model Changing Room
Blue & Green Screen Fabric Backgrounds
Selection of muslin and canvas backgrounds in various colors, all 12' wide
Support system for your own paper or cloth background up to 12' wide.
Studio # 1 is an 800 square foot modern studio. It is equipped with 3600 Watt Seconds of Elinchrom studio electronic flashes, 12,500 watts of quarts hot lighting, a 84" Octabank light modifier and 2 Westcott softbox #4's . It has a thirteen foot white cove and the lights are hung from a Bogen Skytrack rail system
Studio # 2 is 600 square feet. It has two Westcott #4 Softboxes powered by a Speedotron 4880 power pack for main lights and a seperate Speedotron 800 Wat-second power pack for background lights creating a total wattage of 5600 Watt Seconds. We have an Elinchrom Product Lighting Table and a Motorized Copy Bench with 4 polarized quartz lights at 650 watts each. Studio #2 is also equipted with a model changing room, green screen and various cloth and muslin backgrounds. Lights are hung from a Bogen Skytrack rail system.
Rental fees for either studio start at $125.00 for a three hour period. $200.00 for a six hour period.
Camera rental (film and digital) details available upon request. Additional fees apply if we have to repaint the background. You can pay the rental fee on-line by purchasing a gift certificate in the denomination appropriate for the rental charge.
Rental terms of the studio are as follows. Payment must be in U.S. Funds only. We accept personal checks in person only. Renters can pay on-line by purchasing a gift certificate for the amount of the rental only. If you buy a gift certificate for a denomination larger than the rental fee, no refund will be provided. Cancellations sooner than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeit of your deposit because we likely could have rented the studio to some other photographer.
